Jason is the founder member of Shooters FC, which was set up over ten years ago with a focus on player development and encouraging players to reach their potential rather than a win at all costs, which was more common in that period.

The club continues to invest in player development with recent introduction of a club partner SOCCA for players to continue their football development at the next level with opportunity to play in the JPL and for players to move up and down to aid their individual development process.

As a FA Level 3 coach and FA Level 2 Talent ID scout. He has worked in the football industry for over 25 years including the renowned youth academy at Southampton FC.
